Distance Sales Agreement & Pre-contract Information

BUYER: the user who makes a purchase through their AdPunchy account; the name and email registered on the account are used as buyer details.

This agreement covers the sale and supply of digital services (subscription plans or credit packs) bought online on the website, and sets out the parties' rights and obligations under applicable consumer law.

The name, credit amount, duration and total price including taxes are shown on the checkout page and order summary. Subscription plans renew automatically every month at the same price until cancelled.

Payment is made in advance using the methods offered at checkout.

The service is supplied digitally: credits are added to the buyer's account immediately after payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery.

The buyer acknowledges that, because supply of this digital service begins immediately with their consent, the statutory right to cancel does not apply. The seller nevertheless offers refunds for completely unused credits within 14 days (see the Refund Policy).

The buyer confirms that they read this information before purchase and accepted it electronically. The agreement is concluded when the buyer confirms the order on the checkout page, and a copy is sent to the buyer's email address.
