Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AdPunchy (the "Service"), provided by SAHIN DIGITALS LIMITED, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("AdPunchy", "we").

By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

AdPunchy is an online platform that uses AI to create ad videos, product videos and images from the images, text and settings you provide.

We may change features, underlying technologies and service providers without prior notice in order to improve the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password confidential. All activity on your account is deemed to be yours.

If you notice unauthorised use of your account, tell us immediately at support@adpunchy.com.

Generations on the Service cost credits. The credit cost is shown clearly before you start a generation and is deducted when it starts.

Subscription plans add the plan's credits to your account at the start of each billing period. Unused subscription credits roll over up to a set share of the plan's monthly credits (currently 50%); the rest expire. Credits from extra packs, coupons and rewards do not expire.

Credits for generations that fail due to a technical error are refunded automatically.

Credits have no cash value, can only be transferred between members of the same AdPunchy team and lapse when your account is closed.

We may change prices and credit costs; changes do not affect your current billing period.

You may not use the Service to: create illegal, obscene, sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content; create inappropriate content involving minors; impersonate real, identifiable people (including celebrities) without permission; create fake reviews, fake endorsements or misleading ad claims (e.g. medical cures, guaranteed income); or infringe others' trademarks, copyrights or personality rights.

Overloading the system with automated tools, attempting to bypass security, reverse engineering the Service or renting your account to others is prohibited.

We may block content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Remaining credits on accounts closed for violations are not refunded.

You confirm you have the rights to all materials you upload (product photos, logos, text, links). We process them only to create the content you request.

Provided you comply with these Terms, you may use the content you create commercially (ads, social media, e-commerce).

You are responsible for publishing your content and for its compliance with advertising and consumer law and platform rules. Platforms may require AI-generated content to be labelled.

The Service itself, its software, design and the "AdPunchy" brand belong to us.

Content is generated automatically by AI and may not always meet your expectations or may contain errors. Credits are not refunded for generations that completed technically but that you don't like. Review output before publishing.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Your content and remaining credits are deleted with it.

We may update these Terms and will announce significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (İngiltere ve Galler). Your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence are not affected.
