This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use AdPunchy. The controller is SAHIN DIGITALS LIMITED, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact us at support@adpunchy.com.

Identity and contact: name and email address; if you sign in with Google, the name, email and profile picture Google shares.

Account security: an irreversible hash of your password and session data.

Usage and content: product photos and links you upload, text and scripts you write, videos and images you create, credit and subscription activity, notifications.

Technical: IP address, browser and device details, sign-in times, error and security logs.

Live support: the first name, last name, email address and phone number you share when starting a chat, and your chat messages. They are used only to answer your request and contact you about it; messages reach our support team through Telegram.

Payments: we never see or store your card details; payments are handled by licensed payment providers. We only keep transaction results and invoice details.

Contract: opening your account, creating the content you request, handling credits and subscriptions, sending service notifications.

Legitimate interests: keeping the Service secure, preventing abuse and fraud, improving the Service and fixing errors.

Legal obligation: invoicing, accounting and requests from authorities.

Consent: only where needed (e.g. marketing emails), and only after asking you.

We share data only as needed to provide the Service with these categories of providers: hosting and content delivery, database and file storage, AI model providers (image, video, voice and text generation), email delivery and payment providers.

Some providers are located outside the UK/EEA (e.g. the USA). Transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses / the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

We never sell your data for advertising. We work with AI providers under terms that do not allow your data to be used to train their models.

Account and content data are kept while your account is open. When you delete your account, your content and personal data are deleted immediately and removed from backups within 30 days.

Invoices and accounting records are kept for the legally required period. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You can delete your account yourself in Account Settings.

Send requests to support@adpunchy.com; we reply within one month. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local data protection authority.

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS); passwords are stored irreversibly; each user can only access their own content; your files are only shown through private, time-limited links.

The Service is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

We may update this policy and will announce significant changes by email or in-app notice.
